She brings her 22+ years of entrepreneurial experience to the table along with a journey of life transformation including a divorce, a family member abusing drugs and health challenges that resulted in her determination to lose 75 pounds.


Cathy owned, published and sold two successful magazines, is a best-selling author on Amazon with Yes I Can, The Mindset, Mantra and Motivation for Success as well as Whose Addiction is it Anyway? A Mother's Journey of Taking Control and Letting Go. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation as well as a Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC) certification with the International Professional Recovery Coaches Association.


She walks her talk and coaches others to do the same! It's all about strategic YESes and abundant NOs in business, health, mindset and more. She has been there and done that and lived to tell.
